My experience with My Car UK was nothing short of fantastic. I bought a Kia Ceed, and Malcome went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The car was freshly valeted, serviced, and came with a full MOT. He also arranged all the paperwork in advance so I didn’t have to wait around. The process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. What I appreciated most was his honesty he gave me straightforward answers to all my questions. The whole team was polite and easy to talk to. A truly professional dealership.

I can not recommend any other car dealership than these. Malcolm was amazing. Very friendly and I didn't feel pressured at all. He gave us good reassurance and informed me to go straight back to them if any problems accur. Due to to Malcolm my son went to them and got his car from there and again we got great service from Malcom and his car is great.

Brought a 2011 ibiza and dealt with Malcolm from start to finish. Very friendly and allowed us to look around the car and test drive it in our own time. They carried out an MOT, Engine service and a couple of interior repairs prior to us picking it up all within 5 days. Would highly recommend.

Malcome was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about buying my Volkswagen Golf because I’d had a bad experience elsewhere, but he completely changed my perception of car dealerships. I can’t recommend My Car UK enough! Malcome really went the extra mile when helping me choose my Honda Civic. I wasn’t sure what to go for, but he listened carefully to my needs, budget, and preferences before showing me several options. I Just purchased my BMW X3 from My Car UK, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! Ashley was wonderful from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right car.
